I'm not going to be giving a lot of medical advice in open forums, as this is not a medical site, however I can point you in a direction or two. You may want to Google up on the topic of diuretics, there are some easily obtainable herbals. Other than that, elevate the legs and rest.

VodKa, I'd suggest a Bornite crystal on a necklace -- I'b probably be more tempted to suggest something herbal, but I'd have to do some research into this and get back with you. (This kinda sounds like a 'female thing,' and I'm a guy) Verde uses some of the Cohosh tinctures as well as Cramp Bark and Catnip. Sekhem is a good resource, too, if you can catch her on line in #pp (7 - 8 AM Central time usually works).
Anyhow, I'll look some stuff and get back to you.
Remember, IMHO tinctures are one of the best ways of taking herbs, but you really wanna let the herbs infuse in the (I use 110 proof vodka) alcohol for 30 - 40 days for maximum efficacy, and oftentimes you see no effect untill 2 weeks+
IANAD -- IMHO -- YMMV

unfortunately i would require at least 6 more hrs in the day to be able to put my feet up like i need to
my doctor just prescribed me some water pills actually, and is running tests on my kidney functions
DW - sorry, but i never heard of a tincture. i assume its concentrated liquid herbal form?
what is IANAD - IMHO - YMMV? _________________ my god is not found in any church...my god is found here, on all four corners of the earth, from the seas to the clouds.

Tea made from Dandelion root. No joke. You take the root of a couple dandelions, dry it, roast it in the over a bit and then grind it like coffee? Brew up a cup and it will make you pee like crazy. Gets rid of excess water weight. _________________ "This was one of those days when I thought that maybe a new life, a different life, wouldn't be so bad. make sure where you harvest the dandelions hasn't been pesticided. I'm sure you know that but thought I'd throw it out for those who may not.

you asked about swelling in crystals and minerals, so i'd think that stones were what you were adking about. I'd recommend lapis lazuli. it's supposed to help reduce inflamations. _________________ Ever let me a student be, forever growing as a tree
