Clearly, I should stick to photography. Yes, I know that the first one looks like the cover of Skyshaper by Covenant, but I honestly had "shadow, thief of the sun" by Zoviet France in mind when I was doing it.

I'd look at framing and cropping and introducing a story as I went along rather than take an "photography only" attitude...

I remember an artwork made of Hershey chocolate bar wrappers extolling:

Her
He
Yes...

and so forth
the piece was made to emulate hips and breasts,,,
